Woopra Released New iPhone App For Real Time Web Analytics

Woopra real time web analytics system has announced the release of the new Woopra iPhone and iPad application. The Woopra App has the new Woopra protocol and features.

The news about the new application came in the official Woopra blog. Here are some of the new features:

Live Dashboard

The new dashboard shows a live summary of everything that’s happening on the website. Website administrators are able to see the total number of visitors currently on the website, how many of them are new or returning, and how these visitors are engaging with the website (i.e. idle, reading or writing).

The dashboard also gives an idea of the most active referrers, pages and countries. Theer is also a Live Map which shows all the visitors on a world map.

Woopra has also added Active Labels to the dashboard, which enables to see the live count of visitors organized by labels. Labels can be created by using the Live Web App.

Labels & Push Notifications

Besides displaying active labels on the Live Dashboard, labels are also integrated into other features in the new app.

So, for instance, notifications can be delivered while website administrators are on the move or have no access to laptops.

Live Chat Support

Chat support is provided from the administrator's iPhone to website visitors.

This feature supports both inbound and outbound chat, providing the option to allow website visitors to start a chat with website administrators on the go.

Segmented Reports

This feature provides an opportunity to view reports over a custom date range, but in this version the segmentation is enabled.

Reports can be loaded for a segment of website visitors by setting up a Filter or by simply loading a Label.
