On 22 December 2011 at 3:10PM (Moscow time, the popular email service of Google - Gmail - was not available in Russia. Many Russian users of the service are not able to send or receve email. The message that users have on their screens states that "Some Gmail features have failed to load due to an Internet connectivity".
At the same time, Internet users in Russia also noticed that other services of Google stopped working, as well. For instance, unavailable are Google Plus and most features of Google Search.
